Breathe more. Bitch less.

About This Quote

Breathe more. Bitch less. This is advice that most people would agree with. But, most people aren’t bitchy.

What this advice is really saying is, “Breathe more and say less.” A lot of the time we complain about things instead of just accepting them. If you complain about something, there is no way to change it. If you complain about something, there is no way to change it, or improve it, or move on with your life.

If you complain about something, the only thing left is to be negative and bitter about it. Frustrations can build up to the point where they become toxic and can actually make your life worse if you don’t address them. And if you bitch about something it comes across as infantile.

Your boss might not like you being a little bitchy at work because they are trying to get things done too.
